While the mainstream media will use neutered terms like “misled” to describe Donald Trump’s Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross’s manipulations to get a citizenship question added to the 2020 census, it is clear he out-and-out lied to the public and congress about about the motive to tamper with the census.
