The Commoner Call (10/12/17)
The Huffingto Post put up a short, powerful video targeting four leading gun massacre enabling politicians who make repeated mass shooting possible. In the 2016 election the campaigns of each pol directly profited from National Rifle Association (NRA) financial support either in ad contributions or direct cash contributions.
Citing sources from The Trace, the politicians are:
Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) $3.2 million ad contribution.
Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) $6.3 million ad contribution.
Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO) $3 million ad contribution.
The big winner of NRA cash was Donald Trump, who raked in $30.3 million in campaign contribution.
All three senators voted to overturn a bill that would have made it more difficult for those with a mental illness to purchase firearms. Nothing, it seems, is too low for these legislative accomplices to go to make American guns and ammo manufacturers even more profitable and mass killers, like the guy in Las Vegas, more deadly efficient.
Thoughts ‘n prayers pablum
Juxtaposed with the financial donations we get to see the rote, coldly cynical and morally empty “thoughts ‘n prayers” pablum each mass shooting congressional accomplice issued after the recent Las Vegas massacre of innocents. Make no mistake, these guys, and the dozens of other members of congress on the take with the NRA, are the legislative accomplices of every mass shooter in the United State. Currently, the country is experiencing an average of one mass shooting per day, measured as four or more victims.
Between 2007 and 2017 NRA lobbying funding increased by 76%. Whereas in the past the NRA would hedge their bets and make some contributions to democratic officeholders, now the group ladles out cash almost exclusively to republicans, the mass murderer partnership party.
Next up for congressional mass shooting accomplices – gun silencers … to protect the hearing of mass killers, dontcha’ know.

One footnote to the contribution figures: it is amazing at what bargain prices so many of these congressional gun violence accomplices are willing to sell their souls. I mean, these guys are already raking it in from the oil companies, the insurance lobbyists, big pharma, war manufacturers, you know, the owners of the government. Do they really need to be mass murderer accomplices too?
Apparently, when it comes to mass killer legislative accomplices, no money is too bloody to pocket.
